I didn't get it either until I spent some time in China... And it's all over the board and in every industry. Most memorable were some of the media productions from the mainland would top anything coming out of the US. One thing that did surprise me was the communications infrastructure. I thought that the 'Great Firewall' would be a bigger issue throughout the country, but it's just not-suddenly their need for customers, information and services outside the country is dwindling.
